Shipping policy

Re-shipping:
Any re-shipping needed is to be done by payment from the buyer through invoice sent by Emme Cosmetics.

Taxes and Customs:
Payment of taxes and customs on your country's border is responsibility of the buyer. If your package isn't claimed at your local postal office for payment of taxes and it's returned to us, we can only re-ship it to you. No returns will be accepted on this case at any point.

Lost packages:
We are not responsible for lost mail. No refunds will be given in this case.
